How to Download SignWell on Your PC for Free

1. Go directly to the official SignWell website.
2. You can connect SignWell to your Google account or click on the link that Sign Up with a Password Instead.
   
3. If you selected to sign in through a Google account, select the account you want to use. If you’re creating a new account with a password, enter your email, full name, and a secure password. Then, press the Continue button.
4. That’s it. Your account is ready, and you can get started.

SignWell is packed with features geared to make adding your e-signature or requesting someone e-sign a document as seamless as possible. All signatures are legally binding, just as if the document is being signed with a pen. The entire platform is secured using SSL encryption. The document is also encrypted and can only be viewed by someone with a special link that decrypts the file.

Create Reusable Templates

SignWell is compatible with many file types for creating a template. You can upload a PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and more to your dashboard. Then, open the file and add fields for signatures, dates, text boxes, checkboxes, and more. You can also assign different sections of the document to different signees or add multiple signees to a page.

The only disadvantage of SignWell is that you can’t edit the text of a template on the platform. The only customization options are adding different fields, which you can drag and drop anywhere on the document.

Send Documents to be Signed

After creating a document, you can send it to your intended recipients directly through the SignWell platform. The advantage of using the platform instead of downloading and sending from your email is that SignWell can track the file and send reminders if it hasn’t been opened.

One of the many ways that SignWell simplifies the process is by creating a template link. Then, you can just copy the link and share it with anyone who needs to sign the document.

SignWell sends real-time notifications to keep you updated on the document’s status. It sends email updates when the document has been opened and another update when it is signed.

How to Cancel Your SignWell Account

If SignWell isn’t the right e-signature solution for your business or personal needs, you can cancel your account by following these simple steps.

1. Log in to your SignWell account.
2. Hover your mouse over the account avatar on the top right corner of the website, and click on the View Profile button.
   
3. Click on the Plans and Billing tab on the side menu.
   
4. Click the Cancel Plan link.
   
5. Type DELETE ACCOUNT in the space provided to verify you want to cancel the account. You also have to type something in the second box, to access the Delete & Cancel Account button.
6. You will be redirected to a page that confirms the account has been canceled.
