The Romania-based VPN Baron is one of the providers that can be considered an above average tier. I rated it as such because I observed numerous impressive features, but there is still ample room for improvement. To be fair, VPN Baron users do enjoy a high level of online security as its entire network is secured with an AES 256-bit CBC encryption among others and supports OpenVPN with TCP/UDP protocol. This is more than enough to give VPN Baron to bypass the greatest restrictions in the world such as that of the Great Firewall of China. Other features include the ability to connect to up to 3 devices simultaneously and servers that support torrenting or P2P sharing. The price of acquiring VPN Baron is considered average compared to other VPN providers in its tier.
