Borderless VPN is a newcomer with some price and performance issues that it needs to overcome before becoming a worthwhile option. Customer support is average at best, as ticket responses can take 24 hours, which seems like an eternity for VPN users hoping for the speed of better companies.I appreciate the ability to connect up to 5 devices at once, but the overall performance falls short. The software interface is disappointingly dull, lacking the desired level of simplicity.
