Suissl Ltd Review 2025: Before You Buy, Is It Worth It?
Suissl Ltd Overview
“2025 UPDATE! Unfortunately, SUISSL is no longer available. Why not check out our list of the best VPNs in 2025 or find out more about our top recommendation, ExpressVPN.”
SUISSL is the right choice for those who want quality VPN solutions in Switzerland and the USA. That’s because their servers are restricted to only these two countries, that’s a really small network!
But while the network is small, the VPN has many benefits to offer. SUISSL can work on all major platforms. They have AES-256 bit military grade encryption and support for OpenVPN for Windows and Mac. For mobile platforms, they have 128-bit encryption with PPTP support.
They offer easy and pro VPN plans for desktop use. The easy plan allows you to connect to one device at a time and the pro package lets you connect 5 simultaneous devices on one license. There is a third plan, Mobile VPN, that’s just for mobile users.
They also offer a free trial so you can check their services for free before you buy a subscription. However, they don’t have a money back guarantee.
They have several payment options including credit cards and PayPal. However, there are no options for cryptocurrencies so if you wanted to pay through Bitcoin or Ethereum, you’ll have to look for other VPN choices.
SUISSL VPN supports Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Linux systems. Headquartered in Switzerland, it is covered by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Switzerland has excellent data protection laws, which makes it a trustworthy VPN.
For security, privacy, and reliability, this VPN service is second to none. They encrypt all your data, so you can unblock websites and connect fearlessly to public Wi-Fi hotspots. And if you want to watch Swiss shows and movies from outside Switzerland, this is the right VPN for you.
Speed - 7.3 / 10
Why Most Speed Tests are Pointless & How We Correctly Test VPN Speeds
Speed determines how fast content uploads, so if you're torrenting or streaming, you want the speed to be somewhat identical to your regular internet speed. Since a VPN encrypts your data, it usually takes a bit longer to send your data back and forth, which can slow down your connection. However, if your ISP deliberately slows down your connection (also known as throttling) a VPN might increase your internet speed. Testing a VPN is somewhat pointless because new servers pop up and affect speed. Your speed can also differ according to your location, so your speed test might not match ours. Having said that, we tested the speed in numerous locations to provide you with the average.
Servers - 6.9 / 10
SUISSL VPN has servers in 12 countries.

User Experience - 8.4 / 10
SUISSL can be used on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Linux. You can download their Viscosity software for Linux, Windows, and Mac. For iOS and Android, you’ll have to configure the VPN manually.
They have installation videos to help users with the mobile installation method. The process takes about 2-5 minutes depending on your platforms. Manual configuration might sound hard but will not take a lot of time if you know your way through your device.
Customer care isn’t exactly stellar as this VPN has very basic support. They just have a pop-up on the website where you can type your question. Additionally, there is no live chat support or FAQ section.
Since the servers are limited to just two countries, it has absolutely no value for those who want a global VPN service.

How We Test Customer Support and Why Should You Care
We personally test the customer support team of every VPN we review. This means asking technical question through the live chat feature (where applicable) and measuring the response time for email questions. Whether you need to connect to a specific server, change your security protocol, or configure a VPN on your router, finding a VPN with quality customer support should be important to you.
Editor's Note: We value our relationship with our readers, and we strive to earn your trust through transparency and integrity. We are in the same ownership group as some of the industry-leading products reviewed on this site: ExpressVPN, Cyberghost, Private Internet Access, and Intego. However, this does not affect our review process, as we adhere to a strict testing methodology.
